Bell Cow award: Regina Hendrix, who leads and inspires others in Beloit

We were thrilled to travel to Beloit Memorial High School in Wisconsin to present a Bell Cow award to Regina Hendrix. Regina is the head coach of the step, dance and cheer teams at the high school. She's served as a leader and mentor to countless young people in the school and beyond. Regina is also the Director of Help Yourself programs at Beloit College and she served as City Councilor -- the first African American female to hold that office in the city. Regina is a trailblazer and a dedicated community member. We are happy to have her as a model leader from whom we can learn. Congratulations, Regina!

Wisconsin Coaching Project Bell Cows pace the heard and model the way. They positively impact lives and communities in and through sports. We admire these leaders. We're grateful for them. And we learn from them. Do you know a Bell Cow leader in Wisconsin? Contact us today to make a nomination.
